Ovarian Stimulation / Ovulation Induction

Stimulation begins on the second or third day of menstruation using a CC tablet, then the patient returns on the 7th, 9th and 11^th of menstruation day are for an evaluation with vaginal ultrasound to see the development of follicles and endrometrium.

The monitoring of follicular growth and endometrial development is carried out on days 7,9,11 of menstruation and the r-fsh injection will be given, the dosage depends on age and follicular development.

Determination during insemination.

Performs on the 13th day of menstruation, the vaginal ultrasound will be performed. The HCG injection will be done if the follicle size during the evaluation ≥ 20 mm, then insemination will be done in 30-36 hours after HCG injection.

Sperm Preparation

2 hours before insemination, the husband will release sperm by masturbation, then our andrologist will do the sperm preparation.

Implementation of IUI with prepared sperm

After the preparation is complete, the wife is prepared for an insemination (inserting the selected sperm into the uterus using the insemination catheter).

Lutheal support injection

Lutheal support injection will be done in the 4^th and 7^th day after insemination.

Pregnancy test

A pregnancy test is done 16 days after insemination, in that day, the blood sample will be taken to determine whether there is a pregnancy or not.
